Clicking Health is committed to transparent and honest billing. This page explains how we charge for orders and what you can expect at checkout.


No Subscriptions — One-Time Purchases Only

We do not offer subscription-based purchases.

Every order on Clicking Health is a one-time purchase. You will never be automatically charged for recurring orders unless you explicitly place a new order.

What you see at checkout is what you pay. We do not add hidden fees after you place your order. For international orders, duties are collected upfront so you won’t face surprise charges at delivery.

US & International Customers

For orders shipped outside Canada:

  • We do not collect sales tax on international orders
  • You may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by your country
  • These charges are collected by your local customs authority, not by Clicking Health

Tariffs & Import Duties

For international orders (including USA and Mexico):

We collect applicable tariffs and import duties at checkout.

This means:

  • No surprise fees at delivery — You pay everything upfront
  • Duties included in your total — Clearly displayed before payment
  • Smoother customs clearance — We handle the paperwork with Canada Post
  • No brokerage fees — We cover the cost

Currency

Your order will be displayed and charged in the currency supported for your country.

  • Currency is shown clearly throughout the shopping experience
  • The currency displayed at checkout is the currency you will be charged
  • If your local currency is not supported, PayPal will convert the amount at their current exchange rate

Note: Your bank may apply additional foreign exchange fees. Please check with your financial institution.

We do not hold authorizations or charge partial amounts. The full order total is charged at the time of purchase.

Price Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure product prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If we discover a pricing error:

  • We will contact you before shipping
  • You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices
