Usage guidance and who this is for

Use daily as part of a morning and evening routine for stronger, fuller, healthier-looking lashes. For serum use, apply along the upper and lower lash lines in the evening after removing eye makeup. For best results, also apply from the root to the tip of lashes. May also be used on eyebrows. For the primer, coat lashes from root to tip, then apply mascara before the primer dries completely.
