Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account for faster future purchases.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, orders that have entered processing or shipped cannot be cancelled or modified. Email us at support@clickinghealth.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

How do I know my order was received?

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.

What currency will I be charged in?

You will be charged in the currency displayed at checkout, based on your location. We support 65+ currencies. If your currency isn’t supported, PayPal will convert the amount automatically.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Canada via Canada Post.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to 50+ countries worldwide, including Canada, United States, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Japan, and many more.

Processing time is 1–5 business days (most orders ship within 3 days).

How much does shipping cost?

  • United States: $15 USD flat rate
  • Canada & International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight

Do I have to pay customs or duties?

No surprise fees! We collect all applicable duties and import taxes at checkout. What you pay is your final cost — no additional charges at delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a Canada Post tracking number. Track your package at Canada Post Track.

My tracking isn’t updating. What should I do?

Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment. International packages may have limited tracking updates once they leave Canada. If tracking hasn’t updated in 7+ days, contact us.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Canada Post to file a claim. You may be asked to provide photos or answer questions to verify the claim.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

All payments are securely processed through PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account?

No. You can pay with a credit or debit card without creating a PayPal account.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through PayPal with SSL encryption. We never store your credit card information on our servers.

When will I be charged?

Your payment is processed immediately when you place your order.

Do you offer subscriptions or auto-renewal?

No. All orders are one-time purchases. You will never be automatically charged for recurring orders.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We only accept returns for defective products. We cannot accept returns for non-defective items, opened products, or products you no longer want.

How long do I have to request a return?

You must contact us within 15 days of package delivery to request a return for a defective product.

How do I request a return?

Email us at support@clickinghealth.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the defect
  • Photos showing the defect

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. It may take additional time for your bank to post the refund to your account.

What if my product doesn’t work as expected?

We are a retailer, not the manufacturer. For performance issues, warranty claims, or product complaints, please contact the product manufacturer directly. We can help you find their contact information if needed.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We only sell genuine, authentic products from trusted brands and authorized suppliers. No counterfeits, no knockoffs.

Where do your products come from?

We source products from authorized distributors and directly from manufacturers. All products are stored and shipped from Canada.

Are your products safe?

We carry products from reputable brands that comply with applicable regulations. However, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before using any health products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a medical condition.

Can you recommend a product for my condition?

We are not healthcare providers and cannot offer medical advice. Please consult your doctor, pharmacist, or healthcare professional for product recommendations.

What if a product I want is out of stock?

Product availability changes frequently. If an item is out of stock, check back later or contact us — we may be able to let you know when it will be available.


Account

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, view order history, and check out faster in the future.

How do I create an account?

Click “Sign Up” or “Create Account” on our website and follow the prompts. You’ll need to provide your email address and create a password.

How do I reset my password?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your email address. We’ll send you a link to reset your password.

How do I update my account information?

Log in to your account and go to “Account Settings” to update your name, email, password, or addresses.


Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

What is the minimum order for wholesale?
