Clicking Health ships health and wellness products from Canada to customers worldwide using Canada Post. Please review our shipping policy below.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders (including USA):

  • You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by your country.
  • These fees are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.
  • Clicking Health has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
  • Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Canada Post tracking number
  • Link to track your package

You can track your order at Canada Post Track.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with missing items, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

To file a claim:

  1. Contact us at support@clickinghealth.com with your order number and description of the issue.
  2. Provide photos of any damage to the package or products (if applicable).
  3. Cooperate with the investigation — Canada Post requires verification before processing claims. You must work with us to answer any questions from Canada Post so they can verify your claim.

We will work with Canada Post on your behalf to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Resolution may include a replacement or refund, depending on the outcome of the claim investigation.

Please note: Claims cannot be processed without your cooperation in the Canada Post verification process.


Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned to us if:

  • The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete
  • The package is unclaimed or refused
  • Delivery attempts are unsuccessful

If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.


P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. Boxes within Canada and the United States via Canada Post.


Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be restricted for international shipping due to local regulations. If your order contains restricted items, we will contact you before shipping.

Some health products, supplements, or medications may not be permitted for import in your country. Please verify that the products you are ordering can be legally imported before placing your order.


Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (November–December), please expect longer processing and delivery times due to high order volumes and carrier delays.

We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
