Who this is for and how to use

• Adults and children over 2 years: use 1-2 sprays (30 ML) 1-3 times daily as needed.
• Before using, blow the nose. Bend the head forward and tilt to the right. Place the nozzle tip in the left nostril without inserting more than 1/4 inch. Press down and repeat in the right nostril. Then blow the nose again.
• Rinse the nozzle with hot water before and after use and wipe with tissue to maintain hygiene.
• Safety notes: Do not share or swallow. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen, if there is no improvement after clearing the nose, or if discharge becomes thick and yellow or green. If the skin at the base of the nose becomes raw or crusted, discontinue use.
