We know how exciting it is to receive your order! This page will help you track your package, understand order statuses, and find answers to common shipping questions.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through Canada Post:

DeliveredYour package has been delivered to the address on file.

Estimated Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (most orders ship within 3 business days). Delivery times vary by destination:

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Common Questions

I haven’t received a shipping confirmation email

Shipping confirmation emails are sent once your order has been handed off to Canada Post. Please allow 1–5 business days for processing. If you still haven’t received an email after 5 business days, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll look into it.

My tracking number isn’t updating

Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to update after your package is shipped. For international shipments, there may be gaps in tracking updates while the package is in transit between countries. If your tracking hasn’t updated in more than 7 business days, please contact us.

My order says delivered, but I don’t have it

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please try the following:

  • Check around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, side door, with a neighbour)
  • Wait 24 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered before the final drop-off
  • Contact Canada Post directly with your tracking number
  • If you still cannot locate your package after 48 hours, please contact us

My order is taking longer than expected

Delays can occasionally occur due to high volume at the carrier, customs processing for international shipments, or weather events. If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery time listed above, please contact us and we will investigate.

Didn’t Receive Your Order?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team. We will work with Canada Post to locate your package and ensure you receive your order or a suitable resolution.

Received a Damaged Package?

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s) and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
