Ingredients / key components

Methocarbamol (muscle relaxant): 400 mg per caplet — helps ease muscle tension to reduce discomfort associated with strains and spasms. Usage guidance and safety

Adults and children 12 years & over: take 2 caplets with a glass of water or milk every 6 hours. Do not take more than 8 caplets in 24 hours.
