Common Questions

I haven’t received a shipping confirmation email

  • Check your spam/junk folder — Sometimes emails end up there
  • Wait 1–5 business days — Orders are processed within this timeframe
  • Still nothing? Contact us at support@clickinghealth.com with your order number

My tracking isn’t updating

  • Allow 24–48 hours — Tracking information can take time to update after shipment
  • In transit delays — Packages may not scan at every checkpoint
  • International orders — Tracking updates may be limited once the package leaves Canada

My package says “Delivered” but I don’t have it

  1. Check around your property — Porches, side doors, mailboxes, with neighbors
  2. Check with household members — Someone else may have received it
  3. Wait 24 hours — Sometimes packages are marked delivered early
  4. Contact us — If still missing after 24 hours, email us to file a claim

My order is taking longer than expected

Delays can happen due to:

  • High order volumes (especially during holidays)
  • Weather or transportation disruptions
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Remote delivery locations

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time by more than 5 business days, please contact us.


Didn’t Receive Your Order?

If your package is lost or significantly delayed:

  1. Contact us at support@clickinghealth.com
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Tracking number (if available)
    • Description of the issue
  3. We’ll investigate — We will work with Canada Post to locate your package or file a claim

We will arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is verified.


Received a Damaged Package?

  1. Take photos of the damaged package and contents
  2. Contact us within 15 days of delivery
  3. Keep all packaging — Canada Post may require it for the claim

We will work with Canada Post to resolve the issue.
